Accommodation Rules – Rybniště 267

1) ARRIVAL AT THE PROPERTY:

a) A yellow painted bollard is installed at the property. This is a warning to prevent collisions with vehicles.

b) When parking by the fence of a neighbouring property, a safe distance must be maintained to avoid damage to vehicles or the fence.

c) Entry shall be agreed with the building manager. In addition, the client will be provided with keys to open and close the automatic gate. These keys will be returned to the manager after leaving the accommodation.

2) QUIET HOURS AT NIGHT:

a) When spending the evening outdoors by the fire, in the sauna, in the hot tub or in the covered seating area, night-time quiet hours must be observed from 10:00 p.m.

b) If the night-time quiet hours are not observed, the accommodation provider does not accept responsibility for legal action against the guests.

3) SAUNA:

a) Use of the sauna must be announced 24 hours in advance. The price of the sauna is 200 CZK per hour.

b) In the sauna, the manufacturer’s instructions must be followed (see sauna equipment).

c) The sauna is for medical fitness and it is the responsibility of everyone who uses this facility to be medically fit for the level of heat.

d) The sauna requires some down-time for the cleaning and disinfection of the equipment.

e) A container of cold water is prepared for cooling down after exiting the sauna.

f) The sauna shall only be operated by the facility manager.

4) HOT TUB:

a) Use of the tub must be reported 24 hours in advance. The price per hour is 250 CZK,-.  

b) In the hot tub, the manufacturer’s instructions must be followed (see hot tub).

c) The hot tub is for medical fitness and it is the responsibility of everyone who uses this facility to be medically fit for the level of heat.

d) The hot tub requires some down-time for the cleaning and disinfection of the equipment.

e) The hot tub shall only be operated by the facility manager.

5) KEYS:

a) One room key will be provided. A second key is kept by the manager for emergencies.

b) One gate key will also be provided.

c) The loss of a key must be paid for at a cost of 100 CZK.

d) The guest is responsible for locking the accommodation and also for any losses in cases of accommodation left unlocked.

6) TELEVISION:

The television is tuned to the available channels and no other tuning is necessary as it is not possible to view other channels.

7) HOB, ELECTRIC OVEN, KETTLE AND MICROWAVE:

a) The guest is obliged to use the above-mentioned appliances in accordance with the manufacturer’s documentation available in the accommodation or, where applicable, in accordance with the instructions of the facility manager.

b) The equipment must be used with the dishes which have been provided in the accommodation.

8) REFRIGERATOR:

a) The accommodation is equipped with a refrigerator, which is set to have error-free performance and no change of settings is necessary.

b) A refrigerator is provided for all apartments on the second floor.

9) FIREPLACE HEATING:

a) Wood for heating will be provided by the facility manager.

b) It is not necessary to fill the stove up with wood to start the fire. Just fill it up to about ¼ full.

c) The facility manager can start a fire in the stove.

d) There is a vent under the door for air intake. The vent can be opened from right to left. For a slow burn it is best to leave the lever in the centre.

e) A protective grille is provided in front of the stove. It is recommended that this grille be placed in front of the stove, especially if children under 10 years of age are present. This will prevent contact with the stove and flue pipes.

10) DETERGENTS (IN RELATION TO THE WASTE-WATER TREATMENT PLANT) + WASTE:

a) Dish-washing should only be done with the detergents provided.

b) Cleaning of toilets + shower cubicles + washbasins and floors shall be carried out by the manager upon request, again with detergents suitable for the waste-water treatment plant.

c) A dustpan and a broom are provided in the accommodation.

d) Bins for sorted waste are located outside the property. The client will sort the waste into the bins, according to the appropriate colours.

e) It is forbidden to throw anything unrelated to human needs into toilets.

f) A list of interior equipment is included.

11) BED LINEN AND BEDDING:

a) Replacement bedding or linen shall be issued by the facility manager.

12) MOVING AROUND THE HOUSE:

a) The entrance to the house is in the first room (porch), equipped with shoe racks for each apartment, with the apartment number. Shoes are to be taken off there.

b) There is a staircase in the building, which has a safety surface, and care must be taken here.

13) WASHING MACHINE:

a) Guests can use the washing machine.

b) Instructions for starting the washing machine will be given by the accommodation manager.

14) SMOKING AND FIRE PRECAUTIONS:

a) Smoking is prohibited on the entire property.

b) The entire property is monitored by an automatic fire detection system.

c) Fire extinguishers are provided in the corridors for extinguishing purposes.

15) OUTDOOR AREAS:

a) There is a pond in the garden area and swimming is not allowed.

b) There is a hammock in the garden area, which is by the pond. Swinging is allowed, but care must be taken so as not to fall into the pond.

c) Play equipment must be used in accordance with personal safety.

d) If a fire is started in the fire pit area, it must be extinguished before leaving the area.

16) BICYCLES:

a) The outdoor shelter should be used for the storage of bicycles.

b) It is recommended that bicycles be locked up. The landlord is not responsible for the loss of bicycles or theft of bicycles when not secured.

17) CLEANING:

a) Cleaning is always done after the end of the accommodation.

b) Cleaning of toilets and towel changes are done on request and after the end of the stay.

c) The price for cleaning the apartment is set at 500 CZK,-.

18) PETS:

It is not possible to bring pets or any animals onto the property.

19) HANDOVER AND COLLECTION:

a) The landlord reserves the right to collect the keys and inspect the accommodation at the end of the stay.

b) Damage to the accommodation exceeding 1,000 CZK will be dealt with the guest individually.

c) The landlord reserves the right to collect a refundable deposit of EUR 100 or CZK 2,500 prior to check-in.

Vážení hosté, ubytování v našich Apartmánech U Soptíka bude možné od 15. ledna 2022. Rezervace vytvořeny před tímto termínem nebudou přijímany.
